Our connections are with government suppliers of both feedstock and downstream products or with known buyers and traders in the oil sector. This is direct transaction on the first line - we do not deal with brokers other than for initial connection or reference.In general our procedures are simple - we do not make offers for sale of downstream product - the buyer will send a company profile, the details of his requirement and we verify if the refineries can supply.From there, the buyer sends a letter of interest withhis bank details. We respond by asking for a window time for contact bank to bank.The buyer shows his ability to purchase and we send a refinery statement direct from refinery, bank to bank as well as a draft contract completed, signed and sealed.The buyer is requested to send a pre-advice LC and we respond with a 2% PB and full POP.Following this, the buyer can sign the hard copies in the refinery or at the buyer's officesWe are able to provide access to most downstream product and prefer long contracts (minimum 1 year). Feedstock depends on the refinery requirements but the the sale would be invariably directly from the producers.This is not a brokered series of connections, we act as the sellers, sign the contracts and supply direct from refineries. The contracts are all FOB although we can arrange shipping if the buyer requires this - the contract is then signed between buyer and shipper.The payment is always by non-transferable letter of credit and there is a NET price offered according to the PLATT of the lifting area. We do not ay and do not require payment from the buyer - this is series of transactions done between buyer and seller.The pumping units include GB (China National Standard) type and API type The pumping units has complete series types including conventional, phased, front mounted, air-balanced, double horse-head, slant hole pumping units etc. |
